Why: Converts the value ledger from wishlist to accounting system — first end-to-end shipped cross-OPUS wire.

Activate kosher-classifier ML (set AI_INFERENCE_ENABLED + ONEAPI_KEY)

Why: The strongest single market move (Brand-Safety SDK aligned with the IAB AI Transparency Framework, Jan 2026). Engineering is done; activation is one env var.

Blocker: Operator decision on which OneAPIKey customer-tier to attach to the classifier's traffic.

Extract @opus/hilula-engine as the studio's first vertical-product spin-out

Why: 1-2 days of work, no operator-side merge needed (it's a new repo). ~5,000 synagogues in Israel + diaspora long tail. Sets the pattern for realestate-pricer next.

Blocker: Operator agreement on package scope.
